Qualifications & experience

  • Degree qualified
  • At least 3 years sales experience
  • Passionate about fitness and helping people fulfil their dreams
  • Able to follow processes, work in a team environment and not confine yourself to 9-5 hours considering leads often come in after hours.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute a marketing plan to maximise franchise leads.
  • Know how to place ads on FB (Meta) including keywords to maximise organic searches and google analytics.
  • Have connections in PR and with influencers.
  • Create and post twice daily content (graphic design skills preferred).
  • Respond to all franchise leads within 1 hour, 7 days a week, using a pre agreed script and journey.
  • Understand our product and key points of difference.
  • Attend and thrive in weekly sales meetings with the CEO and COO.
  • This is a sale’s orientated role and achieving monthly targets is critical.


  • We have the capital and experience to drive S1 from a start up to 500 franchises in Australia plus Master Franchises globally.
  • We want an experienced and highly motivated player to join our team and lead us on this franchise journey.
  • Work close to the CEO/Founder and COO.
  • Flexible work conditions available as long as sales targets are being achieved.
  • HQ located at King Street Wharf in the City for the next 2 years until we relocate on top of our new S1 Coogee studio recently purchased.
